Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product suite
Educate customers on product features, add-ons, and solutions that support their business goals
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within our CRM
Deliver an exceptional customer experience grounded in trust, value, and expertise
Requirements
2+ years in a sales, account management, or expansion/upsell role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to uncover customer needs
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-through
Highly organized with strong pipeline management habits
Experience in the fitness industry is a strong bonus
Familiarity with TeamUp is a major plus
