About the role

  • Account Manager managing existing customer relationships to drive revenue for fitness management platform. Focused on upsells and customer education within a supportive remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product suite
  • Educate customers on product features, add-ons, and solutions that support their business goals
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within our CRM
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience grounded in trust, value, and expertise

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a sales, account management, or expansion/upsell role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to uncover customer needs
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-through
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management habits
  • Experience in the fitness industry is a strong bonus
  • Familiarity with TeamUp is a major plus
