About the role

  • Service Delivery Manager acting as the main point of contact for customer IT services at DATAGROUP. Leading IT outsourcing projects and enhancing service delivery processes across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Central point of contact for our customers for all services to be provided
  • Overall responsibility for the customer situation as well as the delivery of services across all departments
  • Guiding customers through complex IT outsourcing projects
  • Orchestrating experts and bringing them together into a successful team
  • Ensuring compliance with all SLAs and optimizing service delivery processes
  • Supporting sales in expanding the customer relationship
  • Customer-side invoicing of contractual services and cost controlling
  • Strategic development of existing customer relationships and conducting pre-sales presentations and workshops
  • Supporting department management in problem and escalation management

Requirements

  • Successfully completed IT degree or IT vocational training with several years of professional experience
  • Certifications in ITIL, Prince2 or Scrum are desirable
  • Strong service orientation and broad IT know-how
  • Independent development of solution approaches and active pursuit of these
  • Reliable, structured way of working and pronounced problem-solving skills
  • Very good German and technical English skills
