Service Delivery Manager acting as the main point of contact for customer IT services at DATAGROUP. Leading IT outsourcing projects and enhancing service delivery processes across departments.
Responsibilities
Central point of contact for our customers for all services to be provided
Overall responsibility for the customer situation as well as the delivery of services across all departments
Guiding customers through complex IT outsourcing projects
Orchestrating experts and bringing them together into a successful team
Ensuring compliance with all SLAs and optimizing service delivery processes
Supporting sales in expanding the customer relationship
Customer-side invoicing of contractual services and cost controlling
Strategic development of existing customer relationships and conducting pre-sales presentations and workshops
Supporting department management in problem and escalation management
Requirements
Successfully completed IT degree or IT vocational training with several years of professional experience
Certifications in ITIL, Prince2 or Scrum are desirable
Strong service orientation and broad IT know-how
Independent development of solution approaches and active pursuit of these
Reliable, structured way of working and pronounced problem-solving skills
Very good German and technical English skills
