Responsibilities

  • Operational shift management – You ensure smooth operations and efficient teamwork
  • Leadership & motivation – You lead your team with enthusiasm and support their development
  • Support for the operations manager – You roll up your sleeves and keep an eye on the big picture
  • Product focus & control – You monitor food cost, inventories, stock management and orders
  • Personnel & training – You manage shifts and conduct training on people-related topics
