About the role

  • Sales Consultant responsible for building client relationships and managing IT service sales in hybrid environment. Role emphasizes solution design and professional sales process management for complex IT projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build trustworthy business relationships with prospects
  • Conduct needs and potential assessments with prospects
  • Manage a professional sales process from the proposal phase to contract conclusion
  • Lead and contribute to deal solutioning and proposal development
  • Coordinate tender processes and prepare and validate proposals

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Informatics
  • Several years of experience in service solution design
  • Proven success in IT sales projects
  • Leadership qualities combined with strong empathy
  • Solid commercial acumen and experience with pricing/cost calculations
  • Good network within the upper mid-market segment
  • Clear and respectful communication
  • High self-motivation and strong commitment to performance
  • Good all-around IT knowledge
  • Very strong German communication skills and good English proficiency
