  • Sales Consultant at BYD Mandurah dealership. Building customer relationships and promoting innovative EV technology in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
  • Listen to understand and be responsive to customers' needs
  • Know and understand the sales process including the value of each step
  • Be agile and flexible to change - things move pretty quickly around here!

Requirements

  • Prior experience in automotive sales (highly regarded)
  • Interest and passion for the automotive and EV space
  • Must be motivated and driven by results
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPI's
  • Ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Valid Australian working rights and driver's licence
  • Bi-lingual in Mandarin/ Cantonese would be highly regarded
