Responsibilities
Lead social media community management by responding to comments, queries, and engaging with audiences in the brand’s voice.
Monitor social platforms for trends, brand mentions, sentiment, and conversations, and flag insights to the wider team.
Coordinate internally with creative, media, and content teams to book resources and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Support the Account Manager with day-to-day tasks such as preparing decks, gathering analytics, and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
Join client meetings and calls to share campaign updates, performance insights, and creative recommendations.
Assist with content distribution and scheduling across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to help refine strategy and improve future performance.
Requirements
A passion for social media and a solid understanding of platform behaviors (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A team player mindset - organized, reliable, and eager to contribute to campaign success.
Arabic language skills for bilingual account and community management.
Bonus points for experience using social analytics tools and scheduling platforms like Sprout, Meta Suite, or Later.
