Drive sales and distribution, including flawless execution of new product launches.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand regional presence.
Share insights from the field to improve strategies and commercial outcomes.
Support retail partners with product knowledge, promotions, and data-driven opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a high-paced sales environment, ideally within FMCG.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Strong time management with the ability to prioritise and deliver results.
Excellent communication skills, both persuasive and professional.
Proactive and resourceful mindset with a focus on solutions and opportunities.
Ability to combine hands-on execution with longer-term commercial thinking.
