Responsibilities
Responsible for driving sales for specific customer accounts or region
Achieve increased sales targets from existing accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives
Increase sales by recommending new product offerings to existing customers
Increase the customer base and influence cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success
Drive new customer leads to outside sales
Liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems
Analyze sales statistics and business needs to provide recommendations to customers and stakeholders
Drive business growth by closing sales
Improve systems, processes, or procedures to enhance efficiencies
Share understanding of Resideo products, systems, and procedures to drive greater efficiency and increase team ability

Requirements
Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with significant relevant experience
Advanced degree
Knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Demonstrated ability to operate independently
Ability to use experience to appropriately apply the established standards
Demonstrated ability to attain sales quotas/targets
Prior industry experience
