- Verwaltung der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Umsetzung von gesellschaftsübergreifenden HR-Projekten
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Personalreferent (all genders)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie Betriebsverfassungsrecht
- Praxis Erfahrung in SAP HCM und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
