About the role

  • IT Support Consultant providing remote and hybrid support handling customer IT issues and ticket management within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults and incidents routinely and efficiently via remote access
  • Clearly prioritize and classify incidents and document them in our ticketing system
  • Escalate tickets to downstream support units if the issue cannot be resolved
  • Manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain and document knowledge in our knowledge base

Requirements

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Proper phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ideally experience in customer support / IT helpdesk
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Very good knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Dutch, French, English
  • Ability to prioritize, classify, and document tickets
