About the role

Responsibilities
- You will have both professional and disciplinary responsibility for a team of IT project managers.
- You will work closely with other leaders, business units, and internal and external customers and partners.
- You will manage your team's project portfolios in alignment with company objectives and prioritize resources.
- You will independently plan, control and execute challenging IT projects.
- You will further develop our project management standards and ensure their adherence.
- You will ensure clear communication at all levels and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will ensure budget and resource planning for projects in your area and guarantee smooth project execution.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience leading project teams or working as a project manager with leadership responsibilities.
- Solid knowledge of traditional and agile methodologies desirable (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum).
- You think in processes, can set priorities and remain composed under pressure.
- You can inspire your team, are a confident interlocutor at all hierarchical levels and can present complex topics clearly.
- You are comfortable operating in a heterogeneous IT landscape and understand the requirements of modern IT projects.
