- Project responsibility from the initial idea and sketching through design planning to the completed project for temporary structures at trade fairs, events and congresses
- Design, planning, visualization, cost estimation and project management of spatial concepts for trade fair presentations
- Central point of contact for national and international clients as well as service providers
- Commissioning and coordination of required trades, review of offers, participation in awarding contracts, cost and invoice control
- On-site construction supervision (primarily in Berlin), possibly worldwide
- Client consulting and account management
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Experience in conceptual design and execution of brand activations/presentations
- Proven experience in exhibition stand construction and/or (interior) spatial planning
- Relevant experience managing projects through performance phases 1–9 (HOAI/standard project phases)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks, and 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp and/or ArCon
- Strong skills in MS Office 365
- Business-fluent German (minimum C1 level)
- English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Additional foreign languages are an advantage
