About the role

  • Analista Marketing Junior in Dasa, the largest integrated health network in Brazil. Responsible for CRM campaigns and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Propose campaigns based on brand notes and performance - email marketing, SMS, App Push, Web Push and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare campaign briefs and manage approval of creative assets with the agency.
  • Execute communications sends using the Insider platform.
  • Monitor engagement performance (opens, clicks) and conversion performance (appointments/contacts, revenue, revenue per send, average ticket) against brand targets.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of CRM metrics and KPIs (OR, CTR, CTO, CV, RPE, opt-out, TKM).
  • Basic understanding of the customer lifecycle, retention strategies, upsell, cross-sell and segmentation.
  • Basic experience with campaign orchestration/automation platforms (preferably Insider).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: Experience with customer journeys, retention campaigns and monetization.
  • Experience designing and running A/B tests.
  • Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL.
