About the role

  • Marketing Manager leading the marketing team for Danpower's energy solutions in Germany. Developing strategies, managing budgets, and leading a growing team in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Danpower Group – from target-group analysis to a cross-media marketing mix
  • Shape brand positioning and strengthen market recognition
  • Plan and manage B2B and B2C campaigns including social media, web and traditional formats
  • Take responsibility for the marketing budget and plan the efficient use of resources
  • Analyze market and competitor trends and develop concrete measures
  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a growing marketing team
  • Report directly to executive management and work closely with them and the team on the strategic direction of marketing

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a comparable qualification with relevant further training (e.g., IHK Fachwirt Marketing)
  • Professional experience in Marketing/Communications – ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid knowledge of Brand Management, Employer Branding, Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing
  • Confident user of digital tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, Social Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe etc.) and MS Office
  • Practical experience with AI-based content creation and automation tools
  • Strong communication skills in German
  • Good English skills are a plus
