About the role

  • Contract Recruiting Coordinator supporting an inclusive dental tech company. Managing interview logistics and collaborating with teams to enhance candidate experience in London office.

Responsibilities

  • own key coordination activities
  • support an exceptional candidate experience including in office interviews
  • partner closely with Recruiters and Recruiting Operations team
  • collaborate with Recruiters and cross functional partners to schedule interviews
  • manage interview logistics
  • contribute to building and optimising Ashby ATS
  • engage in recruiting projects and initiatives focused on inclusive hiring and candidate engagement

Requirements

  • one or more years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations
  • highly detail oriented
  • comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • able to navigate ambiguity
  • experience with Ashby is a plus
