About the role

  • Intern assisting Talent Acquisition team in recruitment processes within a fast-paced fintech environment. Gaining hands-on experience in corporate hiring through end-to-end recruitment tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and university career platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews (under supervision).
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
  • Assist in recruitment reports and analytics.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
  • Available for a minimum of 3 months.
