About the role

  • Senior Account Manager driving growth in energy solutions at Pall Corporation, collaborating with global teams on strategic partnerships. Must have significant experience in sales and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and enable Account Managers for L1 customers
  • Partner with global teams to align strategies and deploy agreements
  • Work with customers on green hydrogen and energy-transition ecosystems
  • Manage senior customer relationships and cross-functional resources
  • Operate within the Danaher growth environment and apply the Danaher Business System

Requirements

  • B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial or equivalent)
  • Min. 14-16 yrs of relevant experience
  • MBA preferred
  • Min. 8-10 yrs in Sales
  • Preference for handling big accounts or Key Account Manager role for OE customers
  • At least 4-5 yrs experience managing smaller teams and working with Cross Functional Teams
  • Experience in Oil and Gas or Refinery or Chemical or Green Energy Industries
  • Handling Reliance account is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi with good presentation skills
