About the role

  • Campus Recruiter at CVS Health responsible for recruiting college students into leadership roles. Build and execute outreach strategies for establishing talent pipelines and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Build robust talent pipelines for future pharmacist roles and develop recruitment strategies to ensure intern pipeline positions are filled in a timely and cost effective manner through collaboration with HR business partners and operational managers
  • Represent CVS Health and our brand to candidates, colleges, and industry partners. Establish and cultivate CVS Health Brand as an employer that launches rewarding and challenging careers
  • Conduct field manager meetings to set expectations, clarify process and provide regular updates to create a communication pathway that promotes a partnership for acquiring the necessary talent
  • Establish strategic partnerships with enterprise leaders and provide extraordinary client service
  • Actively understand staffing needs and develop plans to address those needs by providing consultative recruiting guidance; drive execution of hiring and recruiting strategies and influence outcomes through coaching and storytelling
  • Keep a pulse on our industry and develop knowledge of the current market place and trends to ensure industry leading hiring methodologies
  • Create a culture where hiring managers are trained and fully competent to interview and select the best talent to fill business needs. Conduct behavioral interview training and internal client support
  • Execute effective Intern recruiting strategies for delivering top-quality talent and deliver hiring results. Partner cross functionally in working toward developing qualified Intern and Grad candidate pools and pipelines
  • Serve as the main point of contact for educational institutions and be the liaison between the institution and the business. Set and drive results through college partnerships

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, human resources, college admissions, event planning or transferrable work experiences such as sourcing, recruiting, and hiring talent
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes within state and out of state
  • Knowledge of interview assessment techniques such as behavioral based interviewing
  • Experience with application tracking systems such as Kenexa, Workday, Taleo
  • Experience with candidate relationship management systems such as Phenom
  • Experience providing customer service to clients, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience may substitute.
