Hybrid Field Sales Representative managing sales growth by leveraging Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio. Focusing on customer inquiries and building business through field and call center integration.
Responsibilities
Manage sales growth by building a book of business leveraging field sales marketing activity and telesales programs
Sell, cross-sell, up-sell, and retain through the use of the Aetna IVL Medicare product portfolio
Deploy an operating model that supports 3 days in the field and 2 days in a call center queue to support the organization
Own the member relationship throughout the year and be the primary contact for member inquiries
Document in the hybrid field sales integrated tech stack the call interactions
Develop, continuously train, and learn new sales skills
Requirements
4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years’ experience of selling multiple Medicare products (i.e., Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement)
Life & Health insurance license is not required to be employed (must obtain within 60 days)
Active use of computer for carrying out daily job activities
Ability to multi-task while talking on the phone
Excellent communication and listening skills
Self-starter with positive attitude
Ability to control emotions when dealing with unhappy customers
Adaptable to high pressure, achievement-oriented environment
Drive to build, manage, and grow a book of business
