About the role

  • Reporting and partnering closely with the VP of Global TA, this role will lead the delivery of all recruitment across GOS globally.
  • This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and values.
  • Manage and mentor a global team of recruiters, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement a strategy to identify and map top talent in the global market, particularly for key IFM hires in account Senior leadership roles.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process to enhance collaboration with local HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for GOS service line and Amazon account senior leadership.
  • Through partnership with People Partners, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the globe.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a high-performance, modernized and integrated talent acquisition function
  • 5+ years of being a people-leader preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading a multi-faceted brokerage TA team strongly preferred, including market mapping, sourcing, etc.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA talent market and recruitment best practices
  • Extensive experience with stakeholder engagement at the senior leadership level
  • Excellent planning and project management skills; experience with large scale transformation preferred
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deliverables; Experience in a matrixed leadership environment preferred
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Strong data acumen and attention to detail
  • Large company experience strongly preferred; Fortune 500 company experience a plus
  • Willingness to be on regular calls across global time zones and travel up to 10%
