Responsibilities
Reporting and partnering closely with the VP of Global TA, this role will lead the delivery of all recruitment across GOS globally.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals and values.
Manage and mentor a global team of recruiters, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with business leaders to implement a strategy to identify and map top talent in the global market, particularly for key IFM hires in account Senior leadership roles.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process to enhance collaboration with local HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence.
Act as the primary point of contact for GOS service line and Amazon account senior leadership.
Through partnership with People Partners, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the globe.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
Extensive experience in a high-performance, modernized and integrated talent acquisition function
5+ years of being a people-leader preferred
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Experience leading a multi-faceted brokerage TA team strongly preferred, including market mapping, sourcing, etc.
Strong understanding of the EMEA talent market and recruitment best practices
Extensive experience with stakeholder engagement at the senior leadership level
Excellent planning and project management skills; experience with large scale transformation preferred
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple urgent deliverables; Experience in a matrixed leadership environment preferred
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Strong data acumen and attention to detail
Large company experience strongly preferred; Fortune 500 company experience a plus
Willingness to be on regular calls across global time zones and travel up to 10%
