Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze sales KPIs (leads, opportunities, conversion rate, average ticket, revenue);
Prepare and update commercial performance reports and dashboards;
Support management of the sales funnel and organization of the CRM pipeline;
Conduct market, customer, and product/service performance analyses;
Assist in creating commercial proposals and presentations;
Serve as an interface between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment of information;
Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes;
Support monthly closing, forecasting, and monitoring of sales targets.
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial/sales areas, commercial planning, or related fields;
Analytical, organized, and data-oriented profile;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
Comfortable working with systems and CRMs.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar);
Knowledge of Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools;
Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments;
Experience with sales forecasting and target analysis.
