About the role

  • Analista Comercial supporting sales management and data analysis at Cubbo, a logistics innovation company. Focused on optimizing sales strategies and improving performance indicators in Brazil's e-commerce market.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs (leads, opportunities, conversion rate, average ticket, revenue);
  • Prepare and update commercial performance reports and dashboards;
  • Support management of the sales funnel and organization of the CRM pipeline;
  • Conduct market, customer, and product/service performance analyses;
  • Assist in creating commercial proposals and presentations;
  • Serve as an interface between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring alignment of information;
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes;
  • Support monthly closing, forecasting, and monitoring of sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial/sales areas, commercial planning, or related fields;
  • Analytical, organized, and data-oriented profile;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis);
  • Comfortable working with systems and CRMs.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar);
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools;
  • Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments;
  • Experience with sales forecasting and target analysis.
