About the role

  • Program Manager managing projects for aftermarket business development in a leading forklift manufacturer. Contributing to parts revenue growth and coordinating company resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects that contribute to the growth of parts revenue and meet business goals.
  • Lead and coordinate other Company resources and project maintenance requirements that determine both scope and timeline.
  • Research and development of new marketing programs, reporting, marketing collateral and training.
  • Identify processes and decisions needed to support and guide assigned programs.
  • Drive priority across multiple aftermarket business development projects.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration)
  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three years of industry aftermarket experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as ability to organize and prepare information in concise forms to management.
