Responsibilities
Manage multiple, complex projects/initiatives simultaneously while proactively identifying and managing stakeholders, validating business success factors, managing expectations, and ensuring communication channels are effective for all stakeholders.
Develops project artifacts with workstream leaders and subject matter experts that include, but are not limited to charter, project scope, schedule, resource management, risk management, performance management, and stakeholder management.
Promotes and leads the change management plan for all initiatives.
Tailors the initiative using the appropriate project/program methodology and drives execution to plan.
Works with peers and associated groups to maintain, and continuously improve the project management operating system.
Establishes a steering committee as defined by the project charter to ensure decisions are addressed timely.
Demonstrates strong executive presence and the ability to work with and influence leaders.
Supports Director, Enterprise PMO in creating a culture that embraces project management methodologies.
Requirements
Master's Degree
7+ years of progressive experience managing complex portfolios, projects, programs, business plans, or pro forma programs
Project management (PMP) certification required
Experience managing acute (hospital) or ambulatory care operations is required.
