About the role

  • Program Manager leading Elevate program implementation and operations at PG&E. Ensures effective operation and supports development in resource management, governance, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Leads complex or midsize projects.
  • Identifies new partners, technologies, and delivery channels.
  • Develops and manages department expense budget.
  • Regularly monitors expenses against forecast, providing explanation or justification for budget items and/or variances.
  • Communicates project status to all stakeholders.
  • Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues.
  • Presents findings and makes recommendations to management.
  • Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data and presents recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 8 years
  • Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience
  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification
  • Contracts Management Experience
  • Experience working in a utility
  • Experience managing multi-year, multi-million dollar, and cross-functional programs.
