Responsibilities
- Support project management and operational delivery of scientific engagement activities
- Translate engagement strategies into operational plans
- Manage logistics, materials preparation, and execution activities
- Collaborate with IMA and cross-functional partners to align objectives
- Follow standard operating procedures for audit-ready execution
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure output quality and manage risks
Requirements
- BSc or equivalent; MSc, PhD, PharmD, or MD are desirable
- 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences
- Strong focus on scientific engagement delivery and program/project management
- Experience in coordinating medical or scientific engagement activities
- Knowledge in Oncology, Cardiovascular, Renal, Neuroscience or Immunology is an advantage
- Familiarity with compliance, SOPs, and approval processes
- Fluent oral and written English; additional languages desirable.
