About the role

  • MSSP Alliance Manager at CrowdStrike designing and implementing Managed Service Provider strategies. Building relationships and executing marketing campaigns within the MSP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and collaborate with partners in regard to successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product and support training as required.
  • Develop and execute a global strategic joint business plan that drives all aspects of the partner relationship including executive interlocks, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development.
  • Support joint sales pursuit activities, develop sufficient pipeline, and execute together to drive revenue within SMB & Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.
  • Presents and promotes CrowdStrike’s value proposition and capabilities that enables the partner to build a profitable CrowdStrike business.
  • Manage all relationship interlocks: executive, product development, marketing, and delivery.
  • Develop and execute capacity plans to ensure partner is well positioned to deliver successful customer implementations.
  • Develop and execute joint solution development plans with emphasis on targeted industry markets.
  • Lead regular business performance / relationship reviews with senior management.
  • Build and maintain activity and performance reports and dashboards.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of creating innovative enterprise solutions and successful GTM plans with leading MSP/MDR Partners of at least 2 to 5 years of exceeding revenue targets.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience managing strategic MSP/MDR accounts.
  • Strategic thinker and hunter mentality takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Motivated and focused self-starter with strong leadership skills who can multi-task, work independently or within a team.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Adept at moving quickly between low-level execution and high-level strategic thinking and organization.
  • A good understanding of the MSP & MDR partner operating models and Australian and New Zealand partner landscape.
  • Superior relationship building skills across internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building strategic alliances from the ground up and exceeding performance objectives.
  • Experience and success operating within the Enterprise software market, ideally within Saaas or Cyber Security.
  • Fast-paced, high growth company experience.
  • High business acumen with a sales, marketing, and solution development mindset.
  • Capable of performing in a virtual team environment.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
