Responsibilities
Serve as the internal and external day to day lead for clients
Directly manage the team conducting 1:1s and performance reviews
Instill rigorous pace, precision, and accountability across workflows
Partner with Paid AD/Strategy Director to create Account Development Plans
Work with media partners to understand and adopt new releases
Lead the 'Test & Learn' agenda for client innovation
Collaborate with tech team for idea enhancements
Ensure processes for paid media standards are in place
Partner with seniors to identify revenue opportunities
Monitor profitability and efficiency of accounts
Requirements
High-caliber Paid Media Senior Account Manager experience
Master of either PPC or Paid Social
Comfortable leading important client meetings
Proven ability to work to and meet simultaneous deadlines
Analytical mind capable of turning data into clear narratives
Leadership presence to motivate and inspire a team
Impeccable attention to detail for quality output
