About the role

  • Customer Support role coordinating LifeVest appointments and managing field inventory levels at ZOLL. Support Field Sales with internal tasks and ensure quality customer service metrics are met.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal support for Field Sales with delivery of the LifeVest
  • Responsible for meeting all agreed-upon service metrics
  • Coordinate patient appointments with PSR contractors
  • Manage field inventory levels

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required
  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
