Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Fluent Swedish speaker (C1 or above) – written and spoken
  • Basic English skills (B1 or above) – for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • No prior experience required! We provide full training!
