Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in the Dutch market and develop strategies to engage them
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Conduct market research to spot trends and insights for business development
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute strategies effectively

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker with B2 level English proficiency
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
