Requirements
Fluent Spanish (C1/C2)
Good English level (B1+)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in rotational shifts (40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
