  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish (C1/C2)
  • Good English level (B1+)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts)
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
