Requirements
- 8+ years footwear development or production experience
- Product knowledge and thorough understanding of product process are required
- Experience working with Factories
- High sense of integrity
- Strong footwear background (minimum 7 years of shoe making experience, including technical shoe making skills)
- Production management experience
- Thorough knowledge of shoe construction, materials and their use in footwear, upper patterns, bottom components, tooling, and costing
