About the role

  • Pós-vendas assistant managing client relationships and handling insurance-related issues in São Paulo. Organizing and addressing high volume demands through multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze proposals with outstanding items, identifying each insurer's specific requirements to enable policy issuance. Be responsible for fully resolving outstanding items, ensuring continuity of the issuance process.
  • Record, formalize and communicate to the client and the consultant any rejections or refusals sent by insurers.
  • Answer questions, provide proposal status updates and manage outstanding items via phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Record all interactions, outstanding items, documents received and relevant updates in the internal system.
  • Follow up on proposals, send documents, clarify requirements and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Establish communication with consultants and analysts from other areas to ensure resolution of outstanding items.

Requirements

  • Must not have an active SUSEP registration.
  • Experience managing outstanding items/post-sale issues at insurance brokerages.
  • Experience handling a high volume of requests, with phone-based customer service (WhatsApp is a plus).
  • Organized, proactive and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Resilience, adaptability and flexibility.
  • Stable professional profile/consistent work history.
