Responsibilities
Analyze proposals with outstanding items, identifying each insurer's specific requirements to enable policy issuance. Be responsible for fully resolving outstanding items, ensuring continuity of the issuance process.
Record, formalize and communicate to the client and the consultant any rejections or refusals sent by insurers.
Answer questions, provide proposal status updates and manage outstanding items via phone, WhatsApp and email.
Record all interactions, outstanding items, documents received and relevant updates in the internal system.
Follow up on proposals, send documents, clarify requirements and resolve outstanding issues.
Establish communication with consultants and analysts from other areas to ensure resolution of outstanding items.
Requirements
Must not have an active SUSEP registration.
Experience managing outstanding items/post-sale issues at insurance brokerages.
Experience handling a high volume of requests, with phone-based customer service (WhatsApp is a plus).
Organized, proactive and good interpersonal communication skills.
