About the role

  • Assist in client post-sale processes for a company specializing in financial services, particularly insurance. Handling client inquiries and managing necessary documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and Handling of Pending Issues: Analyze proposals with pending issues, identifying each insurer’s specific requirements to enable policy issuance. Be responsible for fully resolving pending items, ensuring continuity of the issuance process;
  • Formalizing Rejections: Record, formalize, and communicate to the client and the consultant any rejections issued by insurers;
  • Customer Service: Clarify questions, provide proposal status updates, and handle pending issues via Phone, WhatsApp, and Email;
  • Recording Information in Lead/System: Log all interactions, pending items, documents received, and relevant updates in the internal system;
  • Communication with Insurers: Monitor proposals, send documents, clarify requirements, and resolve outstanding issues;
  • Communication with Other Areas: Coordinate with consultants and analysts in other departments to ensure resolution of pending items.

Requirements

  • Must not hold an active SUSEP license;
  • Experience with the product (automobile) in the last 12 months is a plus;
  • Experience handling pending issues at insurance brokerages;
  • Experience working with a high volume of requests, with phone-based customer service (WhatsApp is a plus);
  • Organized, proactive, and strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility;
  • Stable professional profile.
