Responsibilities
Manage the Executive Account team, monitoring daily results and individual and collective KPIs;
Supervise commercial field visits — up to 3 days per week — following negotiations and strengthening relationships with the 400 partner stores in the capital and metropolitan area;
Analyze sales funnel reports, origination volume and store performance, proposing data-driven adjustments;
Lead alignment rituals with the team and partner areas — such as Credit, Formalization, Sales Planning, Marketing and CRM — to remove bottlenecks and adjust targets;
Control target distribution and evaluate KPI achievement for each team member;
Support execution of commercial strategies alongside the team when necessary, participating in retailer-facing approaches;
Design and follow individual development plans (IDP) focused on commercial and technical performance;
Report results and opportunities directly to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics or related fields;
Proven professional experience managing commercial teams and overseeing a portfolio of clients and partners/retailers;
Knowledge in target setting and monitoring, performance indicators and sales funnel analysis;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets — required level: intermediate;
Previous professional experience in financial institutions, fintechs or automotive credit operations is a plus;
Previous experience in the used-car ecosystem, insurance, classifieds or automotive management software is a plus;
Critical analysis skills and data-driven decision making;
Communication adaptable to different audiences — team, partners and executive structure;
Practical, hands-on approach with close operational follow-up;
High energy and sense of urgency;
Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables;
Active Category B driver’s license (CNH B) and own vehicle;
Reside in the city of São Paulo — East, North or West zones — or Greater ABC (Santo André, São Bernardo do Campo, São Caetano do Sul, Mauá or Diadema);
Availability for hybrid work: required to attend our office in the Morumbi area, São Paulo, once a month for 4 consecutive days, usually in the last or first week of the month (Creditas in Person).
