Responsibilities
Growing brand portfolio through joint business planning
Preparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of performance against targets
Advising brands on go to market strategy for new product ranges
Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating execution with Onsite Manager
Managing daily engagement with large brand accounts
Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel
Driving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input
Requirements
2-4 years of professional experience in ecommerce enablers, internet startups, or renowned international brands in Beauty, or Skincare
Familiarity with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok
Bachelor’s degree in economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is required
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Exceptional client-facing aptitude paired with strong communication skills in both English (fluent) and Thai
Ability to thrive in both individual and collaborative settings, with a willingness to take hands-on action
Negotiation and brand management skills, underpinned by a commitment to achieving growth for brand partners
Demonstrable capabilities in leading projects, devising account plans, and providing mentorship to team specialists.
