About the role

  • Sales Operations & Contract Coordinator managing contract processes for Business Development in an e-commerce setting. Role ensures accurate proposals and agreements supporting client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and review contracts to ensure alignment with BD proposals, including scope of work, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and terms.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting → approvals → signature → completion → archiving.
  • Support BD team in preparing forms, onboarding documents, and client setup requirements.
  • Ensure all contracts adhere to company standards and policies.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies and correct them before submission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in contract administration, sales coordination, or related administrative roles preferred.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy and document-checking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple contracts at once.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Familiarity with legal documents, contracting processes, or BD operations is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF tools.
