Sales Operations & Contract Coordinator managing contract processes for Business Development in an e-commerce setting. Role ensures accurate proposals and agreements supporting client engagement.
Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and review contracts to ensure alignment with BD proposals, including scope of work, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and terms.
Manage the full contract lifecycle: drafting → approvals → signature → completion → archiving.
Support BD team in preparing forms, onboarding documents, and client setup requirements.
Ensure all contracts adhere to company standards and policies.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies and correct them before submission.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in contract administration, sales coordination, or related administrative roles preferred.
Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy and document-checking skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities; able to manage multiple contracts at once.
Good communication skills in Thai and English.
Familiarity with legal documents, contracting processes, or BD operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF tools.
