About the role

- Prepare functional specifications, requirement descriptions and user stories.
- Support the Product Owner with backlog maintenance, prioritization and release planning.
- Capture and document business processes and interfaces.
- Develop and execute functional test cases.
Requirements
- Completed banking training or a degree with a focus on finance, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in the banking sector, particularly in securities business or comparable processes.
- Experience in requirements analysis, process management and agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of testing and quality assurance, ideally with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ADOIT or similar tools.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and procedures in the banking environment.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
