Responsibilities
You analyze and evaluate business requirements for the CSP (Collaboration Service Portal) application.
You create user stories, process models and functional specifications, working closely with external partners, product owners, developers and other stakeholders.
You lead requirements workshops and conduct interviews with stakeholders.
You support backlog prioritization and ensure that business requirements are implemented to a high standard of quality.
You continuously identify optimization opportunities and derive concrete recommendations for action.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field, plus several years of relevant professional experience, or you possess an equivalent qualification.
You have a good understanding of a bank’s organizational and operational structure and bring knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) along with solid experience as a Product Owner, ideally in financial services or IT.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2).
You have strong experience with self-service portals and with the Microsoft 365 environment.
You demonstrate a pronounced agile mindset as well as an independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working, combined with strong interpersonal skills.
