About the role

Responsibilities
- Preparation of appraisal reports for rural properties based on information captured through available tools;
- Maintenance and development of workflows related to property collateral;
- Monitor the process of loan disbursement and establishment of property collateral;
- Assist in the control and management of property collateral;
- Provide support to the stakeholder areas involved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomic, Agricultural, Civil or Forest Engineering, Geography, or related fields.
- Proficiency in rural valuation methodologies and land pricing. Practical knowledge required in interpreting and applying INCRA Reference Tables (Planilha de Preços Referenciais - PPR - RAMT) and private market reports such as FNP (Informa Economics / Agrianual) and state departments of agriculture;
- Geoprocessing tools (QGIS, Google Earth);
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, report generation, data analysis and data processing);
- Knowledge of property valuation standards (NBR 14653);
- Knowledge of topography and topographic surveys;
- Knowledge of property formalization, documentation and registration (CAR, georeferencing, registration procedures, amendments, registration processes, etc.);
- Experience with Farmcheck (Serasa) is a plus.
