About the role
- Client Services Analyst leading project engagements for pharmaceutical cost and coverage application. Overseeing projects from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement project plans from initial creative design to launch
- Coordinate the Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams under the guidance of the Client Services Manager
- Coordinate with internal departments to develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions
- Work with the Client Services Manager to prepare client presentations, meeting summaries, and action items
- Work closely with clients to handle any modifications to the application's deliverable process
- Organize meetings with Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, and Client Services teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business
- 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals (ideally working for a Market Access Agency)
- Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs
- Working knowledge of Market Access
- Project Management Software, Figma or other design software
