About the role

  • Client Services Analyst leading project engagements for pharmaceutical cost and coverage application. Overseeing projects from concept through launch, ensuring solutions meet client needs in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement project plans from initial creative design to launch
  • Coordinate the Product Delivery, Application, and Client Services teams under the guidance of the Client Services Manager
  • Coordinate with internal departments to develop content for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) submissions
  • Work with the Client Services Manager to prepare client presentations, meeting summaries, and action items
  • Work closely with clients to handle any modifications to the application's deliverable process
  • Organize meetings with Product Delivery, Application, Delivery Enablement, and Client Services teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care or Business
  • 2-5 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals (ideally working for a Market Access Agency)
  • Expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical marketplace, brands, and data inputs
  • Working knowledge of Market Access
  • Project Management Software, Figma or other design software
