About the role

  • Customer Service Executive managing client accounts at Coveris with collaboration among internal teams. Focus on customer needs and high-standard service delivery during maternity cover.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage their accounts day‑to‑day.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Studio, Commercial, Planning, Materials, Production, Technical, and Despatch.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, trackers and internal folders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to support order processing and issue resolution.
  • Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team performance.
  • Attend internal meetings as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Highly organized and customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills — particularly in Excel, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at pace.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to support the team with holiday, sickness and reception cover, including occasional Saturday mornings on a rota.
