Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage their accounts day‑to‑day.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Studio, Commercial, Planning, Materials, Production, Technical, and Despatch.
Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, trackers and internal folders.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to support order processing and issue resolution.
Meet individual KPIs and contribute to team performance.
Attend internal meetings as required.
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience.
Highly organized and customer-focused.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong IT skills — particularly in Excel, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at pace.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility to support the team with holiday, sickness and reception cover, including occasional Saturday mornings on a rota.
