About the role

  • Account Development Representative engaging new customers via phone and email. Contributing to business growth by qualifying leads and organizing sales outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new accounts via phone, email and LinkedIn and turn cold contacts into warm conversations.
  • Qualify inbound leads and book high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team.
  • Run targeted outreach sequences based on smart research on accounts and stakeholders.
  • Keep your pipeline and activities organized in our CRM and consistently hit or exceed your meeting and pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in SDR/BDR/ADR or similar outbound sales role, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, in email and on social.
  • A competitive, coachable mindset: you like feedback, experiment with new approaches and play to win.
  • Experience with CRM and modern sales tools is a plus, not a deal-breaker.
