About the role

  • Business Development Representative focusing on customer acquisition and marketing support in a hybrid environment at an ERP solutions company

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective customers by phone and email to generate interest in our solutions
  • Identify and qualify new ERP project opportunities and schedule meetings for our sales team
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and webinars — from preparation through targeted follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep all customer data up to date and complete
  • Monitor the market, analyze target groups, and contribute ideas to shape new sales strategies
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to create maximum value for our prospects

Requirements

  • Communicative, motivated, and eager to engage people with innovative solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and able to spot opportunities where others see challenges
  • Digitally proficient: familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pardot
  • Able to work independently while being a true team player
  • Fluent in German or English, plus a strong command of Spanish or Polish
