  • Head of Sales responsible for the overall sales strategy for SaaS solutions at ezeep. Leading Key Account management and enhancing sales team performance in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for our overall sales strategy and the company's commercial success
  • Develop tailored processes and utilize current methods and tools
  • Acquire and grow key accounts
  • Coach and train the sales managers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for all customer and market segments
  • Establish clear communication structures and responsibilities
  • Set targets and regularly evaluate sales performance
  • Work closely with executive management and Product Management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior sales role within SaaS and B2B
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Experience in Key Account Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire
  • Negotiation-level German and English
