Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, talent pools)
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, potential, and cultural fit
  • Provide structured evaluation and hiring recommendations
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Track recruitment metrics and suggest improvements to hiring effectiveness
  • Support and drive talent attraction strategies aligned with workforce planning
  • Build and maintain talent pools for critical and future roles
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns
  • Use market insights and data to strengthen sourcing strategies
  • Support learning & development initiatives based on capability gaps
  • Contribute to career pathing and internal mobility programs
  • Help identify high-potential employees and support development planning
  • Support performance review cycles and talent assessment processes
  • Participate in calibration and succession planning activities
  • Promote a culture of feedback, growth, and continuous improvement
  • Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives
  • Contribute to change management projects
  • Analyze engagement and talent data to recommend people-focused improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or a similar role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the full recruitment cycle, employing various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Exposure to Talent Development or Organizational Development practices
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective hiring and people solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with people metrics
  • Passion for attracting, developing, and growing talent
