Responsibilities
Shape and execute company’s interconnection strategy
Drive interconnection revenue growth by identifying customer performance gaps
Enhance visibility into key insights and support upsell initiatives
Lead implementation and management of Ecosystem Strength Dashboard
Track key initiatives/priorities
Identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to refine the interconnection value proposition
Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback
Analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the impact
Identify process improvement opportunities across Marketing and Product functions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5 years of experience in job offered or in Project Development, Product or Account Management, Marketing Enablement, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence roles
5 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been obtained concurrently):
CRM tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI)
Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
Extracting insights from data for informed decision-making and strategic planning
Sales operations and business process analysis
Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales and marketing strategies
