About the role

  • Coordinate RSVP services for medium-sized events at Copastur. Resolve guest inquiries and optimize engagement rates through strategic follow-ups and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage RSVP operations for medium-sized events.
  • Directly handle and resolve guests' questions and requests.
  • Prepare detailed reports on confirmations, no-shows, and response metrics.
  • Coordinate strategic follow-ups to optimize attendance rates.
  • Support the definition of service flows and improvements in RSVP processes.
  • Interface with clients and event organizers to align expectations.
  • Prepare and organize spreadsheets received from clients for Copastur’s RSVP service layout.
  • Receive, review, and distribute SPEECH content for the event RSVP and share it with all project stakeholders.
  • Provide guest services, including confirmations, data collection, and information provision.
  • Keep the team leader and client informed about event status, providing regular updates and progress reports on projects.
  • Interact with clients (requesters) regarding specific needs that impact RSVP progress.
  • Prepare post-event reports and revenue reports, analyzing relevant data and metrics and providing insights for future improvements.
  • Enter sales into the Back Office system.
  • Conduct technical visits and present project proposals to clients, demonstrating professionalism and event/RVSP expertise.
  • Handle multiple jobs simultaneously.
  • Stay updated on trends and opportunities in the RSVP market.
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics for event RSVPs.
  • Know and follow the SGI practices established in the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Experience in the role.
