About the role

Responsibilities
- 1:1 care for a patient with ALS
- Contribute to and provide individualized care that respects the patient’s needs
- Basic and treatment-related nursing care
- Monitoring of ventilation and vital parameters
- Emergency management and patient observation
- Support and assistance with activities of daily living
- Communication with patients and their relatives
Requirements
- Qualification as a registered nurse / qualified nurse / geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
- Independent and conscientious work style
- Desirable: basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing care (can be completed at any time)
